Clear Project no longer leaves empty tabs
Clearing a project, or starting a new one, used to leave an empty Graph tab and any open Relationships, Map or Roadmap tab behind.
After Clear Project or starting a new project, an empty Graph tab and any open Relationships, Map or Roadmap tab used to stay in the tab bar. Now those tabs close, the same as a fresh start. Split view panes that showed those tabs go back to their defaults.
