Server Library: import and delete fixes
Importing some published projects no longer stops partway, and deleting a published project lists all of its items again.
- Import completes: importing a published project from the Server Library could stop while building the timeline. It now finishes.
- Delete shows everything: deleting (unpublishing) a project could report that it had no items. Its atlases and events are now listed so you can choose what to remove.
- Complete projects after republishing: republishing only the changed parts of a project now keeps its whole published copy intact for anyone who opens it.
