Projects now open with all their events in view

Some projects used to open centered on the year 1 CE, or so far zoomed out that their events were squeezed into a corner. Now:

• Opening a project from your device, the Server Library, your Vault or an embed fits the view to all of its events, just like pressing Fit.
• Fit ignores the built-in "Start of Common Era" marker, so it shows your project's real range instead of stretching back to year 1.
• Projects shorter than a year, and projects on custom time scales, now open properly zoomed in.
• If a project has no saved playhead position, the playhead starts at your first event.
